TS LMS
Loan management for lenders, from application to collections, with dual control and an audit trail at every step.
Overview
TS LMS is a loan management platform licensed to lenders and hosted by T&S as a separate deployment for each lender. Our aim is to put financial inclusion into practice as a profitable credit model, not leave it as an ideal — through underwriting with alternative data, collections operations rooted in the field, and a scalable digital finance platform. Everything that differs between lenders — market, currencies, languages, product catalogue, integrations and approval thresholds — is configuration, not code.
Design principles
Cloud-native
Delivered as SaaS, built for scalability and high availability.
API-first
Every function is available through an API, so integration is straightforward.
Composable
Pick and recombine modules as needed, without vendor lock-in.

Deployment
Hosted by T&S as one deployment per lender, on Google Cloud or AWS. The platform runs on MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL. Staff use a web console, and borrowers can be served through an app, web, SDK or mini app — or by staff alone before any customer channel is connected.
Security and data location
- Built against a written security requirements specification, with continuous-integration gates for secret scanning, dependency audit, lint and container scanning.
- Field-level AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive customer fields and uploaded documents, with keys the database never sees.
- Encryption key management, authentication and authorisation, and monitoring are part of the platform.
- Staff sign-in designed for an identity-aware proxy with enforced two-step verification; permission-based access control and branch scoping.
Audit log and regulatory reporting
- Append-only audit log linked by a SHA-256 hash chain, with a verification job that recomputes every link.
- Every state change records who acted and the request id; document views and access to unmasked data are logged.
- Reports export as CSV for auditors, and the hash of each borrower's key-facts statement is kept in the audit chain as evidence of disclosure.
